Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your appointments are very important to us. Each appointment is reserved especially for you, and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and customers on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We do our best to confirm your appointments in advance as a reminder because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  

Please note:

• Massage Bundles are non-refundable
• Massage Bundles are transferable to friends and/or family (with prior notification & approval)
• Discounted Services are non-refundable & non-transferable

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Our policies are presented and provided in the best possible quality so we can ensure our tradition of excellent service for our established and future customers.
